There is un-official parking for two cars just outside the gate and an additional parking for three more cars across the street. The home is hooked up to a 20 kW G.E. automatic back-up generator that is large enough to supply electricity for the whole house in the event of a power outage. There are surge protectors hooked up for the whole house to protect all the appliances. There is city water supply and a large reserve tank with an automatic pump as well a septic tank for sewage. The gourmet kitchen is designed in such a way as to serve both the owner’s needs as well as the needs of the Bed & Breakfast guests. Every imaginable stainless steel appliance is available in the kitchen such as a five burner stovetop, double oven, warming drawer, ice machine, huge side by side free standing refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave and even a wine refrigerator! The home has black granite countertops in the kitchen and throughout each of the 8 bathrooms. Each of the bathrooms has glass bowl sinks. The custom cedro wood cabinets abound in this home with clean lines and contemporary fixtures. The master bedroom suite and two of the guest rooms (with attached bathrooms) are located on the main floor. Each of the rooms have their own private access so that guests don’t have to walk through the private residence. These rooms have their own outdoor seating as well.
